What we collect
When you book or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your trip details (pickup, drop-off, dates, flight number and passenger count). That is it — no account is created and no payment card details are collected on this site.
How we use it
Only to fulfil your booking: confirming the trip, dispatching your driver, sending you the driver’s details, and invoicing where applicable. We share your pickup details with the driver assigned to your trip — nobody else. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, then removed. We keep no more than the trip requires.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any request to bookings@compasstravel.co.za and we will respond promptly.
