Why we started
One van, and a simple promise
Compass Travel is a family business, started in 2006 by brothers Ismail and Rushdi Isaacs Isaacs. We began with one van and a simple promise: look after people and be on time.
Airlines and tour operators started calling because they needed a partner who would track flights, answer at 2am, and never let a crew or guest down. Today we serve everyone from solo travellers to international airlines — but we still run it like a family business.
We built Compass on two rules: be on time, look after people.
