How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Every booking gets an email confirmation, and before pickup you receive your driver’s name and contact number. If anything about your trip changes, you hear from us first.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Your driver works to the actual landing time, not the scheduled one, and meet & greet at arrivals is included — no waiting fees for a late flight.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see at booking includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls. No surge pricing, no night-flight markups sprung on you at the kerb.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver on the day, pay by EFT using your booking reference, or ask us for a secure card payment link. Corporate accounts are billed monthly.
Which cities do you operate in?
Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Bloemfontein — with tours and charters that run far beyond them, from the Winelands to Sun City.
Can you handle a large group?
That is our home ground. Our coach fleet runs from 15 to 65 seats, and for conferences and events we plan and run the whole transport operation.
