Winelands (Half Day: AM or PM)

This tour can either be enjoyed during the morning or the afternoon.

Experience a wine tasting, cellar tour and cheese tasting at the charming Anura Wine estate (alternative estate used on Sundays and during harvesting).

The tour continues to drive through the historic town of Stellenbosch. The town is surrounded by spectacular mountains and famous vineyards. It may be pretty and idyllic, but Stellenbosch remains a bustling town filled with busy people pursuing endless professions, as well as students studying at the world-renowned Stellenbosch University. There is a buzz here which cannot be described so come and see for yourself!
Stellenbosch is one of the prettiest towns in the whole of South Africa. Situated at the head of the Eerste (First) River Valley, the area is full of charming scenes and rich in history. The architecture is mainly Cape-Dutch style but each generation over the last three centuries has added a variety of other buildlings and a drive through the quaint streets will present many fine examples of the meticulously restored buildings in amongst more modern structures.

If time permits our guide will choose a second estate for another wine tasting before heading back to your hotel.
